Message From Anna
Living with unresolved trauma, constant anxiety, and low self-esteem can feel overwhelming. These struggles not only drain your energy but also cloud your perspective on life, making it hard to see a way forward.
For many women and teen girls, negative experiences in life impede living abundantly. Trauma, stress, divorce, unhealthy relationships, anxiety or depression can create a sense of worthlessness and diminished confidence. The pain of the past can create a silencing that binds and defines, but freedom and healing are possible.
Hi, I’m Anna Cleary, a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern at Seven Oaks Therapy, working under the supervision of Rachel White. I understand the challenges of overcoming trauma. That’s why I offer a compassionate space where you can feel safe and supported.
My desire as a therapist is to support women seeking relief from the negative experiences of life that hinder them from walking forward freely. I strive to help women recover from their past so they can move forward in peace, live abundantly, and embrace the truth of who they are.
Through EMDR therapy, I help women and teen girls find new paths to happiness. This powerful therapy has helped many not just manage, but truly heal from their past traumas. They emerge with renewed self-esteem and a brighter outlook on life.
