Heather Parton is an excellent therapist & counselor.
“Heather Parton is an excellent therapist/counselor. She listens carefully and ask clarifying questions to help get to the root of the concern. She provides counseling that is Christian based. What I felt help me the most was the reading and work/answer questions in between sessions. We would discuss the answers. It truly helped provide the support I needed.”

How to Handle Conflict Without Hurting Your Marriage
Conflict is inevitable in any marriage. But for many couples, disagreements quickly escalate into arguments where frustration, resentment, and misunderstandings take over.
The Power of Small Things in Marriage
Many couples struggle to feel connected, especially when daily stress, responsibilities, and life’s challenges take priority over their relationship. Over time, even small moments of disconnection can create emotional distance, leaving partners feeling unheard.
Our Mission
The Seven Oaks mission is to help women and teen girls heal from trauma, anxiety, and chronic stress using evidence-based therapy and treatments to improve mental, emotional, and relational health.
